I am dumbfounded at the ineptitude of Virgin Media. Last week our home phone line was crossed with a neighbour, obviously an engineer has swapped the wires over in the cabinet. It is now completely dead.
I have phoned virgin 4 times now, made two engineers appointments where I've had to go out of my way to be at home and no-one has turned up. I have just phoned again and got cut off. I'm fed up with phoning them and speaking to someone who has difficulty understanding me.
