No Phone

I'm a new customer. Self install.

Never received card for phone. Phone dead. Been more than month.

Service test "The test results were inconclusive".

 

Please fix and refund.

I am sorry to hear the landline isn't working for you.  I will be happy to check this out.  I have carried out a line status check and a fault has been picked up.  I have arranged for this to be escalated to be fixed as soon as possible.
