My telephone is dead,no dialing tone ,can not make or receive calls
Mine too about 3 hours ago. Online test stated no faults, checked our phone and socket - all ok there. Connected up another phone, still the same. So booked an engineer for Tuesday.

I have tested your line and I'm not finding any issues at the moment so before I arrange for a technician I'd just like to confirm whether you've tried another handset in the Virgin Media socket?
