My phone line is dead, no dialling tone.

No dialling tone , on line test doesn’t work, stalls at 99%. Ten minute wait for phone advice on a chargeable call. 

Please advise

Hi Jill5,

 

Thanks for posting.

 

I can see that this has been resolved for you now so I have just reset your message waiting indicator for your voicemail as I can see this has also been reported.

 

Please check your line again and if it's still the same I'd recommend leaving yourself a voice message then listening to it until the end and then deleting.

 

Please let us know if there's any problems.

My phone line issue was resolved on Saturday . 

The issues with the voicemail continue. There is a constant message alert tone but there are “ no messages “ . When you call ,the message says “ calls to this number are being diverted “ several times before eventually connecting to our answer phone message. Most callers would have given up by then assuming there was something wrong with the line. 

Please reset it as it used to work perfectly well.

Hi Jill5,

Thanks for the update and I'm pleased to hear your landline is working again.  In regards to the Voicemail service, I have made a correction so this should be working ok now for you.  You may need to repeat the steps Rose advised about leaving a new message, listen to it then delete it if the intermittent tone still remains.
