New local fault was finally acknowledged with a repair estimate of 0030 tonight
now this has disappeared, listed as no known faults.
my phone line is totally dead, I'm loosing my patience very quickly at the total farce this has become.
10 hours on Friday of no service and now 24 hours has past and service has been in tatters.
im sick to death talking to our repair department that keep saying the same thing over and over without actually achieving anything.
this unfortunately is where we part ways with virgin media, it's just not good enough treating customers with such contempt and while your call handlers hands are tied, they sound more stressed out than me
