Hi I cannot receive any calls or make any outgoing calls, as line telephone says line cord error. I've tried switching it on and off and unplugging the cord and it's still not working. Also I've used another telephone set and it's not working. It's been a couple days since this has happened
There is a cut somewhere in the line outside of your property possibly a fault at the street cabinet.
You need to call Virgin Media on 03454541111 from your mobile. If you have no inclusive minutes or need to use a payphone call 08001831234 and select option 4 then option 2 and you will be connected to customer services and faults.
