Respectfully John- I have had many such reassurances as yours over the last three years. I wouldn't trust your contractors if they told me rain was wet at this point.

Lo & behold the landline is off AGAIN! If I was living in a rural isolated area I would be a little more understanding. But this is happening in central London.

3rd time in 2 months that I know about that this has happened. It may have been more frequent as we don't often make outgoing calls & wouldn't notice a lack of dial tone. Your company should be utterly ashamed of itself.

My contracts have been cancelled- but that does not stop the broken cabinet being an eyesore & a potential hazard to passing children.
