When making 'phone calls the line goes dead at intervals.
Then when I try to remake the call it is a minute or more before I can get a dialing tone.
I did arrange an engineers appointment but cancelled this as I wanted to properly establish whether the fault was within my own equipment. To this end I have substituted telephones but I am finding that the fault persists.
I'm very sorry for the problems you've been experiencing with your telephone service recently.
I've taken a look at this from our end but haven't been able to detect any immediate issues, although as you've been able to test your handset I'd like to arrange for someone to come and take a closer look, if you're available?
