My home phone has not been working for several days! Line is totally dead, no sound, TV OK and Broadband Ok too. I would like to have a technician coming to have a look at it please.

I am sorry to hear this is causing you an issue.
Can you let us know if you have tested the handset in another known working socket eg neighbors or relatives to eliminate the equipment as being the cause of the issue?
Alternatively you can try another handset in the master socket with all extensions unplugged to see if this works.
If none of this works then pop back to me on the PM I have sent to you for us to support further.
