Home phone, no signal

Hello,

The last three days (that I know of as I don't use it that much) my home landline has stopped working, no signal, so cannot phone 151.

Can we arrange for an engineer to visit and fix?

Thanks for popping back, sorry to hear you're having issues with your landline.

 

It looks as though we have a planned outage in your area and this could be the cause of the no dial tone. Our estimated fix time for this issues it 15.00 this afternoon. A fault ticket has been raised and the number is here for your reference FA007327604

 

Once the fault has been resolved and if you are still having issues please can you come back to us so we can look in to this further for you.
