Nobody asked me about the voicemail, which I dislike and I dont want to use.
I didnt find any self-serve option to deactivate...
Two calls on the hot line (dropped after 1 hour), Is this supposed to be a service of the 21st centrury??
The only way to disable voicemail is to call customer services on 150 from your Virgin phone.
please note once the service has been cancelled, if you dial 1571 it will reactivate the service.
Also if you don’t use voicemail for 90 days it will automatically deactivate.

I'm sorry you've had a bad experience. Unfortunately, the facility isn't there for us to let you change the setting from your online account at the moment.
Voicemail just comes as standard with our lines.
nick_london is absolutely right, you have to call our team on 03454541111 / 150 for us to remove the service for you.
Once of our agents will be happy to do so for you, it shouldn't take long at all.
