Hi, Never been here before but I have no signal from my landline. It is definitely not my phone at fault. I phoned virgin using my mobile( not a virgin mobile) go through the menu process and the final message tells me virgin will test my equipment and will take about 10 minutes so tells me to phone back in 10 mins. When I phone back I do all the menu process again and end up with the same result. How do I manage to report this and get an engineer?
Sorry to hear that you're having problems with your landline syd444. When you say no signal on the line, do you mean that there is no tone, when you pick up the phone to call out? Is this happening all of the time or is it an intermittent problem?
Can you make any calls out or receive any calls into your landline?
Is the number a Virgin number or has this been transfered to us from another operator? Sorry for so many questions but this can help determine what the cause of the problem on your landline and the best way to fix it.
