Is there an number you can call to speak to an actual person...... Reported a fault with my landline on 27th Feb. Engineer came out on the 5th March and said there is a fault and that we would receive a text to let us know what date they would be back out to do the work needed. We're now at 14th March ....still no text... Still no phone... Wonderful customer service...NOT.... I'm expected to pay for a service I can't use... Would I recommend virgin media.... Never 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
