We moved house a couple of weeks ago. Plugged in and everything working fine.
A few days later the phone started displaying "check phone line". I've run the diagnostics- no problem. Tried in vain to use chat support but there never seems to be anyone available. Tried calling a couple of times too but again- operators always busy.
Any suggestions on anything else to try? Don't really want to book and engineer for what does not seem likely to be a physical fault.
