I have just received my latest bill and noticed £8 worth of calls from my landline.
But, my landline has never been used, has never had a phone plugged into it and the dates when some of these calls were made I wasnt even at home.
How and why has this happened?
Always worth plugging a phone in & checking occasionally. More than likely you have a crossed line with another customer & hence their calls are going on your bill.
Give faults a ring ASAP & report this or you may have difficulty getting a refund.

I would do if I had a landline phone to plug in.
I will see if I can borrow one from somewhere.
I will call them later, thanks
Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.
I can see you've not popped back since the 11th.
Did you get this sorted on a phone call after?
If not please let us know so we can help out.
