This is quite annoying now, we have logged a fault with Virgin Media that we cannot receive calls from BT phone lines the reply was that it is BT's fault.
We have contacted BT via a relations home BT phone line and BT say it is Virgin Media fault.
As we have a contract with Virgin Media only surely its the responsibility of Virgin Media to contact BT for solving this issue. I don't see why I have to contact BT on Virgins Media behalf.
If the issue is not resolved can I cancel my contract without penalty because at the moment I am not receiving a full service from Virgin Media.
