BT8600 PHONE - LINE CORD ERROR

I have had the BT8600 phone for over a year and until recently had no problems.

I joined Virgin a few months ago with a Phone, Broadband and TV Bundle. Four days ago I found a "Line Cord Error" message on my phone. Having read the many messages posted within the community on this subject and carried out all the suggested actions, my phone still does not work.

Can anyone recommend any further actions?

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to hear that you're without your line at the moment.

I have checked your line and I'm not finding any problems in the area so I'd like to arrange for a technician to take a closer look.
