1571 and 1471

Voicemail does not kick in when the phone is not answered. When dialling 1571 there does not appear to be an option to turn it on/off, always says we have no messages.
When dialling 1471 it hangs up before I can hear who called and I just get the dial tone.

Re: 1571 and 1471

Hi Rose,

Thanks for activating. 1471 is working OK. However, 1571 goes straight to voicemail without ringing. Can you change this or can I change this so that we get 8-12 rings before going to voicemail?

Re: 1571 and 1471

Hi suitsyousir,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I have just reset it so please test it again

The maximum the rings can be extended to is 10.

Please let me know if it's not resolved.
