Telephone wall sockets post fibre network connection

Frostyballs
Tuning in

Our phone service is due to be upgraded to the fibre network in April.

We will be using Cordless phones. After we've been upgraded, can we remove the old telephone wall sockets as the old type of telephone lie will no longer be operable

Hi Frostyballs,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, once you have been upgraded the wall socket will be unused and not needed and can be removed carefully not to affect the rest of the services, this is probably best done by our technicians you can do this for a one off £25 call out fee.

Regards

Paul.
