New hub needed - switchover issues

On our wavelength

I'm on a hub2. Never got anywhere with 150 on home phone. Now it's switched off. 

My account now says I have no phone package even though I'm paying for it. As I'm paying for something I'm not getting can i cancel my contract now without being charged?
