virgin mobile account

hello

 

I have bought a pay monthly sim and its been dispatched but when I log on to the virgin mobile account I can't see my tariff or my upgrade date nothing its stuck on my profile when I click onto my usage it says sorry this page can not be displayed and I cant add my number either when I try and add it the page dose not load

I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to log into the Virgin Mobile account for the new SIM you've ordered and I can appreciate you're keen to know what's going on.
