virgen mobile app

hi i can not download virgin media app in play stor

its says  that .(this service is not avilabel in your country )and i live in uk  my device is samsung s7 and its frome spain

Are you using a  VPN virtual private network ?

hi i don't know about vpn but  i can connect in my virgen media  accont  not mobil one

Thanks for the response,

 

Are you able to access the Virgin Media account when using a internet browser on the phone? You should be able to use Chrome on your Samsung S7

I expect your Spanish phone is still linked to the Play Store in Spain.
