unable to register for virgin mobile

I have a pay as you go virgin phone.  I have always topped up at ATMs as I do not very often use the phone. However, this option is no longer available.  I tried to register for an account but am asked a security question answer, when there is no security question. I have never done this as I have had the same number for a period of time and as stated previously have always topped up at an ATM.

 

I have been trying for 2 days and am close to throwing the phone out of the window

Welcome to our forums and thank you for reaching out. I'm really sorry that you've had difficulty registering your online account.

 

The security question appears blank when you have opted for a random memorable word, rather than to answer a question. To start with, this should be the same as the word you use when speaking with us on the phone that you set up at point of sale.

 

Have you managed to resolve this since your post?
