hi guys, 

i have problem receiving sms messages from another country, Latvia, somebody is sending me sms from Latvia and i'm not receiving them on my virgin mobile phone. messages within uk are working fine. also i have latvian sim card of my own and when I send sms to my virgin number, they're not coming through. i tried to put the virgin sim in another phone, but the same result.

Can anyone help with this issue, I'm having the exact same issue in receiving text messages from Latvia (LMT)

at first I contacted the virgin technical support team, they looked into the issue and found out that the fault was from LMT side, some kind of issue blocking sms sent from Latvia to UK, so the Virgin support team told me to contact LMT technical support, which I did, after that, LMT fixed something on their side and sms started coming through. so in any case the fault is on the LMT side, you should contact them.
