sim not valid

hello you sent me a replacement sim card i put it in nothings happened ive waited for several hours ,if your sim is not compatible with my old phone why send me one in the first place ? You must have known this , i assume you just think everyone has the money to buy a new i phone , i dont .wth am i meant to do now ? i feel that you have just left me to rot ,the first thing was changing the payg to a different service and never mentioning it ,im kind of disgusted by your lack of regard for your customers ,so now self isolating and unable to really go out i also have no contact with anyone in the middle of this pandemic ,are you going to cover the cost of a new phone ? i seriously doubt it .

HI john_c687, thanks for the message. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the sim and it does should that there is either a activation issue or the handset is too old. Can you confirm the make and model of the handset please? Chris.
