My virgin mobile has lost mobile connectivity. I've powered on/off, removed/reinserted SIM but this hasn't fixed the problem.

I guess I need a new SIM (and naturally I want to keep my current number).

VIRGIN SUPPORT – PLEASE HELP

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your mobile services, have you tried to do a manual network search?
