Hi.
I get 1 gb mobile data per month, and till now have always been able to keep up to 1 gb unused data as rollover. As I'm usually a low data user i often have almost 2 gb "credit" which is great for if i go on holiday...
Now on the My Virgin Media app it looks like my maximum rollover has been reduced from 1 gb to 500 mb which means I'll only ever be able to have up to 1.5 gb "in the bank".
Of course I've received no notification from Virgin that there'd be any such changes, so i wonder if this is a glitch on my account.

Sorry for any confusion around your data rollover. As far as I'm aware there's been no wider changes to the amount of data you can rollover so I'm unsure what's caused this for you - I'd be happy to take a look and see what we can do to help though, just look out for my PM (the purple envelope) and get back to me when you can.
