phone call with virgin mobile no longer free 5gb oomph sim

I phoned virgin mobile today, the lady said no longer free 5gb oomph sim or will get finished soon.  Had to set up new 12 months contract for sim £6 per month.  It used to be the free 5gb oomph sim.

Thank you for reaching out to us, our Oomph packages didn't include a 5G tariff, we are sorry for any confusion caused, we do now have our new Volt deals which do come with an 02 Sim card and do include 5G as long as your phone is compatible, you can find out more here.

I phoned virgin media, the man said will still be free 5gb oomph sim.  He put some note on my account.

For the oomph sim, only use a 2g nokia 105 phone, not 3g or 4g or 5g.

Hey, sorry misread 5G and not 5GB, we are moving away from our Oomph bundle however if you do not change anything you can still keep it as it is.
