Ordered a Samsung Galaxy s9 the other day and after entering bank details etc. the order says it's been Parked and I received an email with a broken link saying more information was needed before the order could proceed.
Is there a way I can cancel the order instead of going through with it? Or would I have to wait until the order is processed and the phone arrives?
Apologies for any issues with your order. If it's been parked & you no longer wish to go ahead with the deal you would just need to speak with the cancellation team on 789/ 0345 600 0789 who should be able to cancel the order on the system & prevent it being dispatched.
If the parked issue has since been resolved and the handset sent out - then you can either refuse delivery so it's returned to us & cancelled automatically, or we can arrange a returns-pack to be sent to your address. Whichever works best for you.
