What the hell does this mean??? I've been with VM for over 16 years....trying to move from Vodafone and their dreadful customer service.... And my order is parked! I'm already regretting this....
Should have added.... Ordered over 24 hours ago. Still no contact from Virgin. Is this poor level of service normal??
