Recently moved to Virgin Mobile from Three and cannot access National Lottery or other sites protected by parental controls.
I have logged on to my account and toggled the parental controls slider to Off. Waited a few hours, rebooted device, waited 24 hrs, rebooted device - still no luck.
Contacted the support number, (789), on a number of occaisions and they "refreshed" the settings then asked me to reset mobile network settings > powered off device, wait 2 hrs, etc, etc - STill no luck.
Tried the SIM in a different device..... You guessed it - still cant access.
Contacted 789 again and they sent a new SIM - still cant access.
Any one else had these issues with the Parental Controls.
Additional Info: cant get to m.virginecare.com on my device - just shows a blank page and when I check in Phone > My Number it shows blank unless I manually type it in. I'm sure this used to autopop when I was with three.
