number not recognised

My iphone now wont connect to any of my contacts to any  land or mobile provider  . It has dial assist and ' you have dialed an incorrect number' I even had a message in german today ! 

I can see it is an on going virgin problem . What is the solution please ?

Thanks for posting. Can you remove dial assist for me. Then go into settings, general, language and region. Make sure that is set to the UK.

yes done all that . Still not working

When you call a contact, what happens please? Can you also try the SIM in a different phone?

Ok thanks. So far that seems to be working better . Looks like dial assisst was causing the issue . Fingers crossed
