i need to get into contact with someone from virgin media asap.
i spoke to someone earlier because i was having data connection issues with my current sim card and was told a new one would be with me in 3 working days.
but my current sim card has just been shut down. I don’t have the new sim. i can’t make calls. i can’t use data. i can’t text message. help?!
