new account

Hi newbie here,

i have just got a phone and inserted the sim card in, when i try to set up my virgin account its says i am already registered.... i click on "top up" and it says you need to register a card with us so i go to my account again then it says i need to wait for a welcome email before i can top up..... i havent set up an account... i havent entered my email address.... so how am i going to receive an email?? i just want to top up my phone 😞

Sorry that you're having trouble with your online account, I can appreciate you're keen to get this sorted. 

Have you been with us before, is it possible you've used a different email address? 

Have you tried using the "forgotten email address?

If that doesn't help then please pop me a personal message and we'll take things from there.
