my order

hi,ive ordered a mobile but it says they need more information and to click on a link but there is no link in the email to click, can anyone look into this for me please...thanks

Thanks for your response.

 

Have you been able to call the sales team since you posted on Monday?

 

As the E-Mail would come from the sales department, we would need the effected customer to speak to the sale department in regards to issuing more details to complete the sale
