my order is parked

hi, i ordered yesterday and i was supposed to receive the phone today. but when I logged into my account - it says the order is 'parked' and someone will be in touch to discuss the order.

could someone help me ?

An order is parked due to further checks being required or information not being correct, this could be for the credit check, a stock issue, checks not being able to being completed and other potential reasons.
