lost/stolen sim card abroad

Lost/Stolen sim card whilst abroad. can not access email account as it wont send me password.

I reported it lost/stolen some weeks ago but had no acknowledgement . payment still being taken out of my account yet i not had replacement. what can i do

I'm really sorry that you lost your SIM card abroad, I can appreciate you're keen to check it's been stopped and a new one is on the way.
