logging in

My phone service dropped out weeks ago, I found it impossible to contact Virgin , when I phoned the line drops out after waiting for ages, When I email at "contactus" it bounces back with address invalid. When I enter my name, postcode and phone number it does not recognise me, It does not recognise my email address although my bills come through the email address. In desperation I have stopped my Direct Debit but even that has not prompted any contact from Virgin, The whole thing is a mess.It does not recognise my account number that is printed on my bill, I am at a total loss as to contact Virgin.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with the phone,

 

Is there any change since your post on Tuesday?

 

Have you tried rebooting the phone and doing a manual network search?

Hi Alex, I have tried rebooting and selecting the network but the phone is still saying no service, Tony

HI tonynorth, thanks for messaging us, are you able to try the sim in another handset to see if you are getting the same issue? Please let us know how it goes -Chris.
