just returned from Thailand and haven' been able to call of textt

I am connected to Virgin but i haven't been able to receive or make calls or message anyone including Virgin media. 

Please help as I have no land line to contact  technical support

I am so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with your phone! Were you able to use this phone when you were away in Thailand? 

Are you able to try the SIM in another handset and see if the issue continues?
