Apologies for cross posting
Today I'm experiencing 'invalid number' (i.e. beeps and fails to connect athe call) with every number I dial (landline & mobiles). I can't call the helpdesk so I'm hoping I can get a resolution online
Restarts did not solve it
and the issue persists in different handsets/operating systems (i-phone and nokia)
I could dial out no problem yesterday
I can receive incoming calls
(I can see in the forum several posts with the same issue but cannot seem to find the solution... please feel free to direct me to a previous post as I'm struggling to navigate these nboards effectively)

Further searching through the forum seems it's an issue with virgin mobile:

For any who follow after my loss of service occurred 9th Dec 2022, problem first encountered for me at 8am (resolution expected at 5:30pm)
