iPhone 13 pro changing region

i have a iPhone 13 pro that keeps changing my numbers in my contacts to Belgium numbers.

this happens even though the region is still set to United Kingdom. If I then change the region to Belgium, then back to UK it’s works for a day or 2 then goes back to Belgium numbers being displayed.

any ideas how I can stop this from happening?

Hi @Dazpotter87 

This has cropped up a lot on the mobile forums. The answer is to perform the following, making sure you reboot after making the changes :-

  • Select Settings from the Home Screen
  • Select Mobile Data
  • Select SIM Applications
  • Select Roaming
  • Select Select Mode
  • Select Manual
  • Select National
