I ordered a mobile phone through virgin mobile a few days ago, but I haven't received a confirmation email and I was wondering what I should do next any advice would be appreciated

I'm sorry to hear you haven't heard back from your mobile order - did you place the order online or over the phone with our team?
If the order was placed online, did you receive any sort of order number once you'd completed check out?
