i have an old unpaid account of £17 on my credit report from 2005. i have tried to get some information on this from Virgin head office but i have no response i have spent 4 hours on the phone to the customer services team and but say they cant help with out my security password, this was over 5 years ago i dont know it. the only details i have are the old register address and the last two digits of my account and my email and i dont remember the mobile number.
can any one please help ive contacted my credit report and they have no more info on the account to help me.
