Although obvious, could you check if your wife has your number blocked in error?

And also if she deletes / readds your number, please check that also.

We can ring each other so i think the phone settings are ok, its only texts from me she is having an issue with.

Would deleting and re-adding my number solve this do you think.

I'd perhaps try it on both devices, deleting and re-adding the number, this is on advice of my colleague.
