help

I have had Direct debit  taken from my bank account by Virgin Mobile .I have no account with them and after 2 phone calls 1 email and several texts to and fro for at least 5 hours long,I still can get nowhere ,running round in circles as they can't verify the account which I haven't got  ,because I cannot give them details of an account except the account number on my bank statement which is not mine.

You tried to sort with Virgin and failed, I would now contact your bank - who will refund the money and take on Virgin themselves.
