eSIM and Text Messages

After lot of struggle I was able to get a Virgin Mobile phone. the Journey doesn't end here. I somehow got my number ported and now I thought everything is good so I switched to eSIM. Good, all working and when I wanted to send a text message, I noticed my text messages are not working. Which means my iMessages are not working at all and my normal text messages are partially working. I can send a normal text message but I cannot receive either a normal text or iMessage. 

Facetime doesn't work on my number too. 

Please help..

Hi @sagarpatil_m thanks for posting and welcome to our community.

Sorry to hear your texting and iMessage service not working correctly.  Is the case when on WiFi as well as data in regards to the iMessage?  Cliché but have you tried a reboot of your handset?
