dial out problems

When dialing from my mobile phone i get the response, dialed an incorrect number

I'm sorry you're having some issues when calling out from your mobile, I can appreciate you're keen to get this sorted. 

Is this when you're dialing a number or when you're picking a number from your phone book? 

Are you able to receive incoming calls?

Hi, it still seems strange, works sometimes then  stops again, it’s ok if i dial from the keypad but not always from my address book

If direct dialling is working then that excludes a network problem. Got to be something to do with your address book or how the numbers are entered.

What phone have you got? Have you also tried deleting an entry and re-adding it to see what happens?

Would this be a iPhone with the contacts numbers changed into a foreign format?.

If so, a very common problem especially if you have been abroad.

Google has many things you can try and sort it.

I have an iPhone 6, have tried re-entering numbers but still the same, as ypu say, maybe a problem with with my address book
