I have problem with Virgin mobile network from March 2020. I have 4 number , which 2 my husband used with full network coverage. I have 2 numbers and i don`t have any network coverage, we live in the same house. From last March i try to finalised this problem without any luck. Overseas customer service are rubbish, I had 3 timer sim replace , i call them 72 times and nothing happen, they are very rude. I work the past 11 years in customer service and I never cross so rude service from Virgin mobile customer services. I pay a lot of money for something I don`t have. I turn the call in WIFI to be able to work. If I turn it off I don`t have any network coverage. What i need to do anymore?
I recorded all my conversation with them , time and how many call. I talk with my solicitor and I will drag VIRGIN MOBILE in the court. That is my last recourse.
