I have moved from O2 to virgin mobile a few weeks ago. I got a PAC code and the switch over date happened.
I STILL cannot receive calls or texts from anyone on the network O2, but I can from other networks!!
I have rang Virgin many times about this and no one is helping. They sent me a new SIM which hasn't solved the problem. No on else seems able to help! They tell me they'll ring me back and no one does.
I am at the point of cancelling my contract.
