can't login to my virgin mobile account for the past few months - previously it worked fine.
Tried all the suggestions on this forum, browsers etc. Can't reset password, doesn't recognise details etc. Ticket has been raised by remote call centre to no avail. Could I have some help from virgin support please.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been struggling to sign into your My Virgin Mobile account and haven't been able to get this sorted on your own terms.
